How do I apply for a Dealer account?

Please email our sales team at: sales@kalokids.com to request a copy of our Customer Application Form.

What information is available to Dealers?

We can supply a SSP Price List and confirm your discount structure. We can give you access to our ‘Dealer Login’ area where you can download high resolution images, logo’s and selling text.

Can I meet with a Sales Representative?

Yes, we would be pleased to arrange a sales meeting, please email our Sales Team on: sales@kalokids.com so we can arrange a convenient date and time.

Are all Kalokids™ products tested?

All our products conform to Federal,State and local testing requirements. They also conform to strict European testing requirements too. Please contact us if you require further information.

Are delivery costs included?

All prices are quoted F.O.B. Ashland, VA 23005 unless otherwise stated.

What should I do if the product is damaged?

Please contact Customer Services, Toll Free on 1-888 866 8070 or email: customer.service@kalokids.com. In most cases we can avoid the need for you or your customer to return the products to us by receiving a photograph of the damage/s.

If products are damaged in delivery this should be reported to the carrier and us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

What happens if I order the wrong product?

Please contact Customer Services, Toll Free on 1-888 866 8070 or email: customer.service@kalokids.com and we will arrange to collect the product/s, please ensure they are returned in the original packaging and sealed securely. We will charge a restocking fee of $25 plus 25% of the price of goods returned to cover the costs of administration and shipping.

If goods are returned damaged or not in their original packaging they will be retained for 14 days and the customer will be given the option to collect the goods. After this time the goods will be destroyed. The handling charge will still apply.

We guarantee our products for one year on all materials and workmanship. Please email: customer.service@kalokids.com for full details.

Yes the following products are manufactured from FSC® sustainable sources:

How are the Kalokids™ product packaged?

Kalokids™ products are supplied in plain packaging. They are securely packaged for drop shipping across the USA and Canada.
